1. Position the Plastic Holders
Find the right height on each side of the door frame. Place a plastic holder on each side of the frame, inserting the provided screw through the hole in the holder to secure it.
2. Attach and Tighten the Bar Twist the bar until it’s securely fastened onto the plastic holders on both sides of the door frame.
3. Place the Pulley Position the pulley in the middle of the bar. Wrap the fabric around the bar and attach the pulley securely with a carabiner.
4. Attach the Cable and Handle Feed the cable through the pulley. Attach the handle to one end of the cable with a carabiner. Then, connect the other end to the weight pole using another carabiner.
5. Double-Check Security Ensure all parts are securely fastened before beginning your workout.
